“Think Differently…”

By Nick Jean · Comments (0)

Here is to the crazy ones’…
The misfits, the rebels, the trouble makers’, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones’ who see things differently…
Their not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status Quo…
You can quote them, disagree with them, Glorify or Vilify them…
About the only thing that you can’t do is ignore them because they change things…
They push the human race forward…
And while some may see them as the crazy ones’
We see Genius….
It is the people who are crazy enough, to think they can change the world..
ARE THE ONES’ WHO DO…

Love is stronger than pride

By Nick Jean · Comments (0)

“Love is stronger than pride, the kisses and sweetness of life, leaves you open, as you cherish each and everyday that you have your angel by your side, something from above, something for this lifetime, the bridge to your heart, the faith and hope that once again in the next lifetime you will be able to look into her eyes and once again be melted by her smile, a love that will never end..”

Jesus, what if you and I went for a walk out in the rain
And you turned to me and said that you would like to share just a little of your pain
Well my brother I thought you would never say, I have been waiting forever for this day…
Jesus, what if I were to call you up and ask for a minute of your time, Read More→

Love For My Girlfriend

By Nick Jean · Comments (4)

i don’t know who will read this but its value is something substantial for me. i have been dating for 8 months now and i love my girlfriend more than i love myself. if i could marry her today i would. i’d take bullets for her, lose function of my legs for her, give her my organs if she needed them but i’m scared that she just doesn’t acknowledge enough of this. why this makes me scared is that if she keeps fighting with me and plays that distance game then i am going to kill myself. Deep Enough To Dream

By Nick Jean · Comments (1)

As I look to the sky, it reveals the colors of love

Deep enough to dream in brilliant colors that I have never seen

Father please let me not be dreaming again

I am staring out into the night,

Remembering the pain,

Searching for the place where feeling good don’t cost a thing

She keeps a journal, but all the pages are wrinkled

Due to the tears that she has cried Read More→

Your beautiful brown eyes,
So full of wonder,
Your curly cues
Your contagious smile
And when I see you standing there
I start to grow-up
All I can do, is reminisce about holding you tight, Read More→

Manuel the prodigal son

By Nick Jean · Comments (0)

Hello God, it’s me, Manuel the prodigal son
God, I wish you can see me now, and I could show you how I am not who I was
No longer mad at you, no longer on the hurt side
Found my way around to opening my heart to you,
The answer to the calling of the Holy Spirit
And I just want to tell Hello! Read More→

An open field of wild flowers
She breathes the air that takes my breath away
She thanks me for the daisies and the roses
No simple language
Hopefully, someday she’ll understand the meaning of it all
She feels as close as a heart beat
Her name on my lips Read More→

How To Beat Writers Block

By Nick Jean · Comments (0)

All you need to do to end writers block is use these 5 easy steps consistently so they becomes a habit. Once you do these five steps a few times you’ll be amazed at how quickly inspiration will come to you.

1. Gather Raw Materials
Do your homework. Start by actively researching what you’re writing about. If you’re writing a novel, go out and gather materials about your characters. Visit places where they would hang out. If you’re writing a non-fiction book, ask your target market what their greatest challenges are.

You also want to study areas outside of your main topic or industry. Always enrich your general knowledge because as you write, you’ll have a greater pallet of colors to draw from. If you’re writing a book about gardening then visit museums. If you are writing a book about marketing then be sure to read the latest Harry Potter book. Read More→
